New China

GG Doris gave us her china! Look how pretty it is! It's so feminine and delicate looking. I really like the light blue border and the gold trim. It's Homer Laughlin's Eggshell Georgian in the "Chateau" pattern. I'm going to see if I can find any pieces out there on the web.

Later today I'm hoping that T and I can plant some seeds and then make some icebox cookies. I have the butter softening so we'll be ready to start!

** There are currently some pieces on e-bay and at replacement warehouses. I'll get that missing dinner plate, hopefully! I really want some of the other serving dishes. Ooh, the covered vegetable server and the gravy boat! Those pieces are not available at e-bay right now, I'll have to keep watch!
